At Ontario Pickleball Academy Pro Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment doesn't elevate your game, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your paddles or apparel are in original, unused condition with all tags and protective plastic covers intact on the handles.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the RA number inside the box before shipping them back to our Ontario distribution center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
